Staying physically and mentally fit and healthy in these unprecedented times has never been more important. Many people are now confined to their homes working in unusual and different ways. Reduced interactions with other people is bound to have an impact upon our mental health, especially for those who live alone. Getting active, for 30 or 45 minutes a day is vital, whether this be going for a walk, cycle, taking the dog out, or going for a run it's essential we all take time out to recharge and reset.
